Alzheimer's is a disease founded by Alois Alzheimer, after he discovered changes in brain tissue and certain symptoms such as; memory loss and language issues.  This disease can come in many different stages, slowly leading to death.  It begins with plaques and tangles that form in the brain to kill brain cells.  This leads to death by the plaques and tangles moving about the categories of the brain that affect; emotion, memories, language, etc.  This leads to death by the tissue of the brain slowly fading away, and lastly affecting the region where breathing is regulated.  Alzheimer's disease can affect anyone, mostly above the age of 60, however, if there is a family history of the disease there is a likelier risk for one to have it.  Approximately 1 in 10 people are affected by this disease, proving how relevant and popular it is in the world today.
