Anxiety - Panic Disorder



If anybody has ever been called a "worry bunny" or often find themselves uneasy during times when others wouldn't usually be, they understand what it is like to have anxiety. Anxiety can get the best of us sometimes, and there are many ways of coping with it, but first, there are six main types of anxiety; Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Anxiety Attack (Panic Disorder), Obsessive-compulsive Disorder, Phobia, Social Anxiety Disorder, and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. Though all of these have negative effects on the human body, the one that takes a great toll on the human brain is Panic Disorder. Panic Disorder, by definition, is a psychiatric disorder in which debilitating anxiety and fear arise frequently and without reasonable cause
